Return Policy:
At Heritage Halo, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You may return your Heritage Halo cashmere baseball hat within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you the full amount via Stripes back to the original payment method.
